1. How can I make the payment?
We support a wide range of secure payment methods, including PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express(AMEX), UnionPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Klarna, and multiple local payment options. All available payment methods will be displayed at checkout for your convenience.

2. Does the price include tax? Will an invoice be available for my payment?
All prices on our website already include tax. We can issue the commercial invoice for you.

3. Can you send me a quote or invoice before I purchase?
Yes. Please write an email to us, and indicate the products you want to buy and the relevant information of yourself or your company in the email.

4. Which countries does EM-Smart ship to?
EM-Smart delivers directly to the United Kingdom, Ireland, and Iceland. For other destinations within Europe, please place your order through our EU website.

5. How soon are you going to dispatch after payment?
Usually the shipment will start within 3 days after your payment except for unexpected circumstances(e.g. out of stock, we will get in touch with you immediately). We will update you with the shipping status via email in the first place. You are also free to contact us via sales@em-smart.com for your order's latest status.

6. Which shipping service does EM-Smart use?
We cooperate with several logistics companies. If you need to specify a particular logistics provider, please contact us.
